5-star hotel chains in Antalya / Alanya, Turkey.

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for hotel guests, providing a warm welcome and professional assistance throughout their stay. You will be responsible for handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring exceptional front office service that reflects the hotel’s standards.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Give information about hotel facilities and nearby places.
  • Handle guest questions and requests politely.
  • Manage room keys, bookings, and payments correctly.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and other departments.
  • Keep front desk records organized.
  • Follow hotel rules for guest safety and privacy.
  • Provide friendly and professional service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Male or female, minimum 18 years old.
  • SMK or diploma in tourism or hospitality.
  • Good English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience as a receptionist or in front office work is preferred.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Neat appearance, professional attitude, and friendly personality.
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to an international environment.

Salary & benefits

  • Base salary starting from TRY 26000 (approximately IDR 9,000,000) per month plus service charge
    (total potential income up to IDR 12,000,000 – 17,000,000 per month)
  • ⁠Free accommodation and meals during working hours
  • ⁠Employment insurance provided according to company policy
  • ⁠Official and legal employment contract under government supervision
  • Contract period: March – November (hotel working season in Turkey)

Biaya & pembayaran program

Total biaya program: Rp 25.000.000

Tahapan pembayaran

1. Uang Muka (DP): Rp 10.000.000

Dibayarkan setelah peserta menandatangani perjanjian kerja, sebagai bentuk komitmen untuk mengikuti program.

2. Pelunasan: Rp 15.000.000

Dibayarkan setelah reference code (reff. code) visa diterbitkan untuk proses pengurusan visa dan sebelum keberangkatan ke Turki.

Semua biaya tersebut tidak termasuk pengurusan dokumen pribadi peserta, seperti paspor, SKCK, kartu kuning, surat keterangan sehat, medical check-up, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya yang menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing peserta.

Rincian cakupan biaya

Total biaya sebesar Rp 25.000.000 mencakup seluruh proses:

  • Administrasi dan legalisasi dokumen
  • Pengurusan visa kerja dan kontrak resmi
  • Asuransi tenaga kerja
  • Tiket keberangkatan
  • Pendampingan peserta hingga tiba di lokasi penempatan di Turki

Seluruh proses interview, verifikasi dokumen, serta proses pembayaran program akan dilakukan secara resmi oleh PT Total HR Indonesia sebagai mitra penempatan yang berizin dan bekerja sama langsung dengan pihak hotel dan agensi di Turki.

  • Paspor dengan masa berlaku minimal 1 tahun
  • Pasfoto ukuran 3×4 cm (latar belakang merah)
  • Foto post card (full body)
  • Kartu tanda penduduk (KTP)
  • Kartu keluarga (KK)
  • Ijazah terakhir
  • Akta kelahiran
  • Surat izin keluarga
  • Sertifikat sesuai minat kerja
  • Bukti medical pra-pemeriksaan

Dokumen untuk pengajuan visa

  • SKCK (minimal Polda)
  • Bukti medical check-up lengkap
  • Formulir visa dengan reference code
